Noor Ellahi – Founder & Senior Consultant

Mr. Noor Ellahi, the founder of NLC, graduated from the University of the Punjab in 1980. He went on to serve in the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), where he undertook various key assignments over a distinguished 35-year career. He retired in 2005 at the age of 50, having held the position of Assistant Commissioner.
After his retirement, Mr. Ellahi pursued a Law degree and became a certified Income Tax Consultant, further strengthening his expertise in tax and legal matters.
Currently, he serves as a founding member and Senior Consultant at NLC. With his vast experience and deep understanding of taxation and regulatory frameworks, he continues to provide invaluable guidance to the NLC team—particularly in complex and high-stakes cases, as well as in the strategic management of the firm.

Safeer Ahmad – Managing Director

Mr. Safeer Ahmed, the CEO and Attorney at Law of the firm, is a distinguished Advocate of the High Court with over decades of extensive legal experience. He began his professional into law and his strong financial background has been instrumental in developing his expertise in corporate, taxation, and litigation matters. Over the years, he has built a stellar reputation across the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, earning recognition for his professionalism, dedication, and in-depth legal insight.
Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Ahmed has successfully handled over 1,000 court cases relating to tax and allied matters, making him one of the highest-rated Attorneys in the Tax Bar Association for corporate tax issues. A highly respected member of the legal and tax community, he has served as Finance Secretary of the Rawalpindi-Islamabad Tax Bar Association and continues to contribute to the profession through active participation in seminars and legal forums. His commitment to excellence and his leadership within the tax bar reflect his unwavering dedication to the advancement of legal practice in Pakistan.
